providing users a means of reading and placing classified ads, and is subject to
the user's compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
LocalTraderOnline.com and its officers will be referred to throughout this
document as LocalTraderOnline.com.
A user is anyone who accesses LocalTraderOnline.com to browse, search, read and/or
place a classified ad or ads on LocalTraderOnline.com.
Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By
accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions,
you may not access or use the site. LocalTraderOnline.com may modify this
agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately

agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued
access and use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the

well as ask our users to please tell us if they come across anything

services at any time. This site may be unavailable from time to time to make
software upgrades and to make site enhancements. LocalTraderOnline.com will do
its best to bring the site down during Non-Peak hours to ensure the highest
quality service.

posted and assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies or typos.
Content
You agree that the content you provide in using our services, will not violate
any law, statute or ordinance; will not infringe any copyright, patent,
trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or
privacy; will not be false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, indecent, abusive,
vulgar, hateful, harassing, pornographic, obscene, profane, or threatening. Any
content found containing the type of content listed will be subject to deletion.
The user will be given a warning and subsequent acts will lead to the
termination of the user account.
Conduct
You agree that you will not offer for sale through the use of LocalTraderOnline.com
any items that violate any laws or statutes. You agree that you will not in any
way interfere or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the services provided by
LocalTraderOnline.com and/or any servers or networks connected to our site. You
agree that you will not in any way interfere or attempt to interfere with any
transaction conducted on our site. The LocalTraderOnline.com network may not be
used in attempts to violate security of any network, service or system. This
would include but not be limited to hacking or cracking into, reverse
engineering content owned by LocalTraderOnline.com, spying, accessing or
scanning for open ports, monitoring, using systems without authorization,
conducting denial of service attacks and distributing viruses or other harmful
software, to, or through LocalTraderOnline.com servers.
User Account Termination
LocalTraderOnline.com reserves the right to cancel a user account, deny a user
access to the website and to remove all account information and associated
content at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice. You agree that
LocalTraderOnline.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any
termination of your access to our service.

LocalTraderOnline.com will seek to maintain the confidentiality of your user
account information subject to our Privacy
Policy. The Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms. Users must maintain the
confidentiality of their password. If you believe the security of your password
has been compromised, We recommend that you change it immediately. Your password

websites or resources. Because LocalTraderOnline.com has no control over such
sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that LocalTraderOnline.com is not
responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does
not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising,
products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You
further acknowledge and agree that LocalTraderOnline.com shall not be
responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or
alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such
content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Equipment
You shall be responsible for providing for and maintaining all telephone,
computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of
LocalTraderOnline.com including any and all charges related.
Payment Terms
All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Payments for paid listings can be
made by personal check, money order, or credit card. If your credit card or
personal check is invalid for any reason, your paid listing will be canceled
immediately. Payment is due upon placement of a classified ad. LocalTraderOnline.com
is an entity of TotalNet and as such any credit card transactions made for
LocalTraderOnline.com content will be processed through TotalNet.
Dealings with a Third Party
Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any third party
found on or through this Site, regarding the payment and delivery of related
goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or
representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and said
third party. You agree that LocalTraderOnline.com shall not be responsible or
liable for any loss, damage or other matters of any sort incurred as the result
of any such dealings.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and
LocalTraderOnline.com. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid
or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed
superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the
intent of the original provision and the remainder of this agreement shall
continue in effect. |
